Joe Nieuwendyk was a 20 year NHL Veteran and a three time Stanley Cup Champion with the CALGARY FLAMES, DALLAS STARS and the NEW JERSEY DEVILS. He was also an Olympic Gold Medalist with Canada in the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics!! He was only the 2nd player to score 50 or more goals in his rookie season at that time, and won the Calder Trophy as the NHL's most outstanding rookie! Andrew Ladd is in the house! 16 seasons in the NHL - a two time Stanley Cup Champion with the Carolina Hurricanes and Chicago Blackhawks. Was drafted 4th over-all in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft by the Hurricanes and went on to become one of only 398 players to play in over 1,000 NHL Games! We are very excited to be joined this week by Håkan Loob, a rare member of Hockey’s “Triple Gold Club” which, to be a member, means you must win a Gold Medal at the Olympic Games, a gold medal at the IIHF World Championships and also win the Stanley Cup – all three! Only 30 players in the history of the sport of hockey have managed to accomplish this. We are excited to be joined this week by Denis Savard - a Stanley Cup Champion who was a first round draft pick of the Chicago Blackhawks in the 1980 NHL Entry Draft,  He was one of the most dominate offensive players during his 17 seasons in the NHL which included a 3 year stint in Montreal where he captured the 1993 Stanley Cup as a member of the Habs. He played in NINE NHL All Star Games, and scored In 1,338 points in just 1,196  games, before retiring in 1997.
